What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card and mobile money payments via Flutterwave, direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

How will I know my order was received?

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, with your order number, items, and (for bank transfer or crypto) payment instructions.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes - you'll receive an email as soon as your order status changes to shipped, and again when it's marked delivered.
