1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You’ll receive an email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Nigeria: flat rate of ₦2,500, 2–5 business days depending on state
• Free shipping on Nigerian orders of ₦100,000 and above
• International: rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can check its status any time from your account or via Track Order using your order number and email.

4. Delays

Occasionally, weather, courier volume, or address issues can delay delivery beyond the estimated window. We’ll keep you updated by email if that happens with your order.
