1. Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, body care, and hair care products cannot be returned
• Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible, opened or not — just include a photo when you contact us

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at rowanshouse9@gmail.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps — please don’t send items back before hearing from us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
